 1999Hambantota Entrepreneur Services CentreDevelopment of a 05 year Strategic Plan for  the Hambantota Entrepreneur Services Centre 
 1999Royal Norwegian EmbassyProgramme was intended crate awareness and build capacities of NGO and CBO officials to use the methodologies in the Planning and Implementation programmes of their organization.
 2000Intermediate Technology Development Group (ITDG)LFA methodology was introduced to a group consisting of Forum Members to develop the Strategic Plan.
 2000The Project for Conservation & Sustainable use of Medicinal Plants supported  by the  International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) and Ministry of Health & Indigenous MedicineThe programme consisted of training relevant CBO and Project officials in PRA methodologies as well as LFE methodology to enable Micro Planning at Project locations. The objective of the activity was to enable plan implementation and monitoring progress at Micro Level.
 2000Asia Foundation, Women in Need (WIN) and Women’s Development CentreThe Programme was conducted for the staff members of ‘Women In Need (WIN)’ and ‘Women’s Development Centre (WDC)’ to enhance capacities of the staff of the two NGOs in strategic planning and programme development methodologies and develop a plan to combat Violence Against Women.
 2001International Conservation Union Conservation of Nature   (IUCN) and the Government of Netherlands.This Programme consisted of training followed by planning for 25 NGOs engaged in Environmental Conservation operating across the country.  
 2002International Union for  Conservation of Nature   (IUCN)This programme was conducted for local NGOs to enhance the capacities for Participatory Planning for efficiency in programme implementation. 
 2002Friends of LankaFOL is a network of 11 NGOs operating in the Kegalle District, with funding from the Development Fund – Norway. Under the Capacity Building Phase of the FOL, a Training Programme for the Coordinators of the FOL was organized to introduce them to LFA., to build their capacities to plan, implement and evaluate development programmes in the field.
 2004Diakonia – Sri LankaLFA Training Workshop was conducted in Tamil medium for the Partner Organizations of Diakonia  - Sri Lanka to enable them to plan their Projects participatorily
